Super convenient widget that allows visitors to your website/blog/social network to IM you privately. The best part! It takes less than a minute to get it working!
I just wish I wasn't so darned a critic. Couple of things I could have wished for first!
Gimme some info, any info about the visitor: geolocation, IP address et al! Remember the visitor and their path; if Visitor A goes from page 1 to page 2, its still the same visitor It's easy to fake a nickname and confuse me. Doh! Too easy for spam-bots to spam me. I wonder how long I can keep this on my site. No Archive? Alright, now onto the good part! Easy! easy to setup, easy to use. Allows one to be reachable by visitors to your blog. Doesn't bother my other identities. Allows me to still keep my identity hidden. No SPAM harvesting by rogue emailers. Cool themes and customizations to match the look and feel that I need.

Overall, I would rate this as one of more sensible Web 2.0 offerings from Yahoo! than many others that have fallen flat over last few years. It's a product that has a lot of promise if they continue developing, working on this in future.
